1. Eat MORE of these
Your health will benefit if you eat more fruit and vegetables and more natural foods derived from plant sources.
Think of including vegetables in all meal occasions, breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also make great in-between meal snacks.
To ensure you receive an abundance of nutrients, eat a variety of fruits and vegetables including all colours of the rainbow.
2. Eat LESS of these
Decrease your intake of fast foods and processed food.
These foods typically contain preservatives, have high sodium levels and are high in saturated fats and sugar.
3. Look after yourself
Maintain an active lifestyle, drink plenty of water and sleep at least eight hours a night - these are all critical to maintaining good health and a positive outlook.
